Local Orders (Singapore)

We offer FREE local delivery for orders above SGD50. For orders below SGD50, a small delivery fee of $6 applies. All local deliveries will be shipped via Trackx logis (formerly Qxpress) and can be easily tracked online. 

Please note that during peak season, like GSS, Black Friday & Chinese New Year, processing time might delay slightly due to high order volume. Your business is important to us and we make every best effort to expedite the processing of your order.

In-store pickup

You can choose to collect your orders in-store at no additional cost. If the items you’ve purchased are not available at our boutique, they may take up to 7 working days to arrive from our warehouse. Once your items are ready for collection, you will be notified so you can pick them up at your convenience.

International shipping

We offer FREE worldwide delivery for orders above SGD 200. Delivery times and shipping fees vary depending on the destination. 

Europe: 10-15 working days
U.S: 4 to 6 working days
Asia: 4-5 working days

*Kindly note that the above information is an estimation only and may delay subject to custom process. Shipping charges will be reflected upon checking out your orders and added to your order total. Orders will be delivered to you DDU (Duty Unpaid) as every country has different tax and duty rules. 
You might be asked to pay for additional duties and taxes by the courier company.

Exchange and Returns:

You may exchange items purchased at full price within 14 working days at your own cost or in one of our shops. Please note that the items have to be in its original packaging, unworn, unwashed and with price tag still intact.

Please note that we do not entertain refunds. 
We reserve the right to offer a voucher for the value of the returned item, only available online, in case we do not have the size or colour available for the exchange.
Any items purchased with discounts, on sales or from “Flash Sale" are strictly non-exchangeable or refundable.

Gift Wrapping

Sending your order as a gift? We offer gift boxes at $3.50 each. You’ll be able to include a special note to make your gift extra meaningful. 

Gift boxes will be limited to a maximum of 3 gift boxes per order and we do not provide any paper bags for online orders.
