In-store pickup
You can choose to collect your orders in-store at no additional cost. If the items you’ve purchased are not available at our boutique, they may take up to 7 working days to arrive from our warehouse. Once your items are ready for collection, you will be notified so you can pick them up at your convenience.

You may exchange items purchased at full price within 14 working days at one of our shops or you can send it to our office address at your own cost. Please note that the items have to be in its original packaging, unworn, unwashed and with price tag still intact.
